Designed to support glowing skin, hormone balance, and inflammation reduction, this beauty is packed with nutrient-dense ingredients and a citrus twist that’ll have your taste buds lighting up.
While we originally planned to highlight our lemon olive oil, we’re loving the fresh punch of our Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil in this version — it’s zesty, refreshing, and brings out the berry flavors beautifully. 💚
Why It Works
This smoothie is full of skin-loving fats from avocado, fiber-rich flax, and antioxidant-packed berries. Collagen supports skin elasticity, while our Lime Olive Oil adds a dose of anti-inflammatory monounsaturated fats and vitamin E — perfect for your glow-up goals.
Glow Up Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 avocado (skin-nourishing healthy fats)
1/2 cup frozen strawberries (vitamin C and antioxidants)
1/2 cup frozen raspberries (fiber + polyphenols)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (for omega-3s and gut support)
1–2 tablespoons Nika’s Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil
1 scoop collagen peptides or plain protein powder (optional, for skin and hormone support)
Ice as needed
Optional: 1/2 banana for added creaminess and potassium
