At Nika's Olive, we want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping, and payment process to make it easy. 

Products ship Monday thru Saturday excluding holidays.  Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.


Packaging

Nika’s Olive strives to be environmentally conscious in its business systems. We use recycled and upcycled materials whenever possible to avoid waste. We save and reuse packaging materials sent to us from our suppliers and even offer to upcycle waste packaging from other local businesses in the area. If you receive one of our “creatively” packaged products, it’s just us doing our part to reduce, reuse, and recycle.


Holiday Shipping Conditions

*Despite a commitment by carriers to meet their published deadlines, they can only guarantee delivery by December 24 if shipping is expedited. Please also note that regular processing and transit times could be extended during the holidays due to the high volume of packages.


Free / Discounted Shipping

If the website has any free or discounted shipping offers, please note that certain exclusions may apply.

  • Offers do not apply to Wholesale or items offered at volume pricing.

  • Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping within the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) and only to orders with one ship-to address.

  • Free Shipping is calculated based on the order subtotal.

  • Free Shipping begins at midnight on the first day of advertised promotion and ends at midnight on the last day of advertised promotion (12:00 am U.S. Central Standard Time).


Shipping Options

During the checkout process, you will be presented with shipping options and pricing. You can choose your shipping method by clicking the appropriate selection.

Please note that we do not ship orders on Sundays or national holidays; any orders placed during these times will begin their processing on the next business day.

Please also note that transit times are only guaranteed by the courier when selecting expedited shipping services.


International Shipping

International Shipping refers to any shipment made outside of the United States of America.

International shipping methods vary by country.  For all international shipments, Nika's Olive will not be held responsible or liable for any problems at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items seized at your local customs office. 

Order Status

Nika's Olive's policy is to send you order status information by e-mail.  You will be notified when an order is received and when an order is shipped.  

To view the status of any order, including past orders that have been received, click on the “Log In” link at the top of the page.  After you are logged in, click on “Welcome" and your name located at the top of the page.  Your current and past orders will then be displayed.

Back Orders

If any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will contact you to see if you would like us to hold your order until the missing item arrives or ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available.
