Game Day Wings with Maple Balsamic Glaze
Game day doesn't need a long ingredient list — it needs a good rub, a hot oven, and something sticky to finish it off. These wings do all three, with a little twist.
Ingredients
2 lbs chicken wings
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup Maple Balsamic
1 Tbsp butter (optional, for a richer glaze)
Method
Toss wings with olive oil and Dragon's Breath seasoning.
Bake at 425°F for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
While wings cook, simmer Maple Balsamic (and butter, if using) in a small saucepan until slightly thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
Toss hot wings in the glaze right before serving.
Serving Ideas
Ranch or blue cheese for dipping, celery and carrot sticks on the side, or piled onto a platter with extra napkins — this is a hands-on, gather-around kind of food.
