Sweet heat is its own food group, and these wings are proof. Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Peach Bourbon Sauce does all the heavy lifting here — coating crispy baked wings in a sticky glaze that delivers real heat, smooth bourbon depth, and just enough peach sweetness to keep you reaching for one more. Game day, backyard cookout, Friday night — these are the first thing to disappear from the table every time.
Ingredients:
2½ lbs chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ cup Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Peach Bourbon Sauce
Optional garnish: chopped green onions or fresh peach slices
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
Pat wings dry with paper towels. Toss in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Arrange in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake 40–45 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until the skin is crispy and golden.
In a large bowl, toss the hot wings with the Hot Pepper Peach Bourbon Sauce until fully coated.
Return glazed wings to the rack and broil on high for 2–3 minutes, watching closely, until the sauce caramelizes.
Plate and garnish with green onions or fresh peach slices. Serve with ranch or blue cheese and celery on the side.
