Hot Buttered Rum — Made with Olive Oil
You know hot buttered rum. This is better. By swapping the butter for ultra premium extra virgin olive oil, this cozy winter cocktail gets all the warmth and richness of the original — plus a subtle fruity depth that makes it genuinely interesting in your glass. It sounds unusual until you taste it, and then it makes complete sense. Our Blood Orange or Butter Olive Oil are the go-to choices here, but Rosemary adds a lovely herbal note if you want to go a little more unexpected.

Why We Love It: The spiced oil base is the secret weapon here — make it once and you've got warm cocktails ready for the whole holiday season, no prep required. It also makes a charming hostess gift: pour the base into a small jar, tuck in a tag with the recipe, and let someone else discover how good olive oil is in a cocktail.
