Balsamic Glazed Strawberries

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint ripe strawberries

  • 2 Tbsp sugar

  • 2 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar (choose your favorite flavor)

Directions:

  1. Hull the strawberries and cut them into quarters lengthwise.

  2. Place in a bowl and toss with the vinegar and sugar.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

  4. Stir again before serving.

Ideas: Serve with whipped cream in a bowl for a quick dessert. Try on top of ice cream, brownies and cakes.
