In exclusive partnership with a third-generation family-owned Spanish olive producer, our Delizia olives are sourced from early-harvest, handpicked olives from the south and southeast of Spain. Using a traditional low-salt, triple-wash curing method, these olives retain their natural crunch, meaty texture, and clean savory flavor. Most of the collection features the rare Gordal olive, known as “the fat one” in Spanish, prized for its size, firmness, and mild flavor. Perfect chilled and served straight from the jar, Delizia olives make an exceptional addition to antipasto platters, tapas, salads, or shared with friends.
