Keeping health-consciousness in mind, we also minimize the use of salt and sugar and many of our products are vegan and naturally gluten free.

Hatch Chile Pesto

Green roasted peppers and hatch chiles create a new style of pesto with a hint of heat. Garlic, cilantro and onions round out the Southwestern flavor of this uniquely American take on a Mediterranean classic.

Pair Hatch Chile Pesto with Italian and Spanish style cheeses. Stir into risotto or pasta. Enhances salad dressings, pizzas, cold pasta salads, dips and sandwiches. Can be used as a marinade or to finish grilled meats. Hatch Chile Pesto makes a great gift for food lovers.

Lemon Artichoke Pesto

A very smooth creamy artichoke pesto, Lemon Artichoke Pesto is enhanced with lemon juice, garlic and parsley.

Enrich a minestrone soup. Spread on crackers and toast rounds. Add to a lemon vinaigrette. Use as a sandwich spread or as a dip for crudite. Top a mushroom or cheese omelet.

Artichoke Parmesan Tapenade

If you love artichokes, you'll enjoy something our rich, gourmet tapenade full of  artichokes and their hearts, creamy parmesan cheese, and olive oil accented with onions, garlic, herbs and dots of roasted tomatoes.

Serve Artichoke Parmesan Tapenade from The Gracious Gourmet on bruschetta rounds. Stir into a saffron risotto. Toss with pasta. Spread on a shellfish or chicken sandwich. Fold into a cheese omelet.

Black Olive Tapenade

This classic olive tapenade marries a variety of black olives with extra virgin olive oil, thyme and parsley. Lemons and capers add a twist of vibrant flavor.

Serve Black Olive Tapenade with toasted bread or crackers. Add to salad dressings or combine with mayo as a sandwich spread. Perfect to top roasted meats or seafood. Partner with Italian and Spanish style cheeses.

Roasted Eggplant Tapenade
