Swap the butter, brighten the batter, and finish every dessert with something special.
What Makes It Exceptional
Our olive oils bake beautifully. They keep cakes moist and add flavor butter can’t. Paired with warm, orchard-sweet balsamics, this set covers holiday baking from start to finish.
Flavor Profile
Rich butter olive oil, bright Sicilian lemon, warm cinnamon pear, and crisp, sweet dolce mela.
How We Use It
Butter olive oil in place of melted butter in cookies, muffins, and cornbread. Sicilian lemon in olive oil cakes and glazes. Cinnamon pear over baked apples or pancakes. Dolce mela in fruit compotes or drizzled on a cheese plate.
Perfect Pairings
Olive oil cake, apple crisp, pound cake, vanilla ice cream, brie, Christmas morning pancakes.
