Crafted in Modena, Italy using centuries-old techniques, our 18-Year Aged Traditional Balsamic is produced in the Traditional Style and aged for up to eighteen years using the Solera System. Over time, it slowly matures in chestnut, oak, mulberry, and ash barrels, developing extraordinary depth and balance.

With a naturally high density of 1.28+ and 4% acidity, this balsamic exceeds Four Leaf Quality standards—achieving its luxurious thickness without thickeners, added sugar, or caramel color. The result is a richly layered balsamic with notes of dried fruit, gentle oak, and tangy-sweet complexity that lingers beautifully on the palate.
