Balsamic Mojito Cocktail
The mojito is already one of the great summer cocktails. This version makes it better with one addition: a tablespoon of Lemongrass Mint White Balsamic stirred into the shaker. It deepens the mint, adds a bright floral note, and brings a natural sweetness that means you can go lighter on the simple syrup if you like. Crisp, cool, and completely refreshing — this is the drink for Happy Hour, a backyard cookout, or any Friday afternoon that deserves to feel a little elevated.
Recipe: Balsamic Mojito
Makes 1 cocktail
Ingredients:
2½ oz white rum
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
1 tbsp Lemongrass Mint White Balsamic
8 fresh mint leaves
Club soda or sparkling water
Ice
Mint sprig for garnish
Instructions:
Add rum, lime juice, simple syrup, balsamic, and mint leaves to a cocktail shaker.
Muddle the mint firmly — you want the leaves bruised and fragrant, not shredded.
Add ice and shake well. Strain into a tall Collins or Highball glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with club soda, garnish with a mint sprig, and serve immediately.
Make It a Mocktail: Skip the rum and double the sparkling water. The balsamic and mint do enough flavor work on their own to make this completely satisfying without alcohol.
Also Try: Swap the Lemongrass Mint Balsamic for Strawberry Balsamic or Peach Balsamic for a fruitier variation that's equally beautiful in a glass.
